The Newark Terminal One Redevelopment project has a combined minority and women owned business enterprise goal of 20%. The Tutor Perini/Parsons team is committed to achieving the MBE/WBE goals for this project by utilizing firms that are Port Authority certified MBE and WBE firms.

Expression of Interest (EOI)
This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) from Tutor Perini Parsons, JV (TPP), the Prime Contractor and Design Partners for the Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal One Redevelopment Program.
The goal of this EOI is to:
- Identify firms that are interested in participating in this project.
- Collect information on the preferred method of communication with you during this process.
Your response to this EOI is very important to us; we place the utmost importance on the ability to efficiently communicate with you as we approach the period to bid on contracts with the Terminal One Redevelopment Program.
To ensure proper communication, we ask that you complete and return the following 3 attached items:
- "Available Opportunities" form which identifies the Scope(s) of Work in which you are interested in bidding
- Company Profile Form (CPF) which gets you into our database
- Subcontractor Qualification Questionnaire which provides us with your qualifications
